Andrew is the Area Manager for deVere Malaysia. Dual-licensed and fully qualified in both Hong Kong and Malaysia, he brings over a decade of experience with the deVere Group. Holding a Master’s Degree in Economics, Andrew is a passionate markets enthusiast who loves diving deep into financial trends and is rarely seen without Bloomberg on his screen.

Raphael is a distinguished financial services professional with over 20 years’ experience spanning retail banking, private banking, financial planning, and regulatory compliance.

A Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments, he has led wealth management and portfolio strategies from front to back office, trading across equities, bonds, currencies, and commodities. His career bridges Asia, including Singapore and Hong Kong, and Europe.

A former UK circuit pool player, Raphael is also a passionate sportsman, with a love for snooker, tennis, golf, football, and F1 racing.

Rory has been with deVere Malaysia since January 2025. With a background in engineering and consulting, Rory is a natural problem solver. Having lived and worked all over the world across many different industries, Rory has a unique ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and quickly finds common ground with anyone he speaks to. Now, Rory specialises in helping expats build, grow, and protect their assets.

Rory enjoys organising events and bringing people together, promoting financial literacy in an accessible manner. Outside of work, Rory enjoys sailing, skiing, and travelling.

Najiah has spent over five years in the banking and financial services industry and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of San Francisco. With a strong understanding of financial planning and a naturally personable approach, she is passionate about helping her clients make confident, well-informed financial decisions.

Known for her feminine edge and confident presence, Najiah brings a refreshing energy to financial conversations. She’s polished, personable, and sharp — the kind of woman who can speak about markets, long-term strategy, and wealth positioning with ease, while still leaving a lasting impression when she walks into a room.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find her on the padel court or at the golf range — because discipline, consistency, and showing up well are part of who she is, both personally and professionally.

Edward is the Head of Business Development at deVere Malaysia, with extensive experience across financial services, private equity, and high-growth technology sectors.

He has a proven track record in driving revenue growth, capital raising, and building strategic partnerships with institutional investors and global financial institutions. Prior to joining deVere, Edward held senior roles across private equity, venture capital, and fintech, leading fund origination, investor relations, and regional expansion across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. He also brings an entrepreneurial background, having founded and scaled multiple ventures.

Edward is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals through tailored, long-term advisory. Outside of work, he actively mentors startups and supports entrepreneurship and sustainability initiatives.
